Present: Leila, Maryam, Shirin, Ali, Majid, Bahram
- Now we have an estimate on the budget. We are targeting for $7000-10000 in our fundraising campaign. This forces us to approach corporate sponsors.
- As needed for technical reasons, the number of submissions is expected not to reach 500 mostly from Iran.
- We have two judges confirmed Gobi and Mark Harris. Maryam is going to find a third one perhaps with a different background. Sharon Mcgowan? Yay!
- Majid is going to create a myspace webpage taking the template used in Koocheh static website
- Maryam is going to have marketing cards designed and printed after all the details are worked out
- Press Kit and Sponsorship Package shall include a CD with trailer, promotional videos, and sponsorship guides. We are now looking for ideas on trailer. The trailer is also to be put on youtube.
- Having a party for our theater screening is another interesting idea which has a lower priority of course but for now we just keep a note of it.
- The sponsorship team has decided to approach corporate sponsors while keeping ethical responsibilities in mind. Majid and Shirin are going to make a list of potential corporate sponsors. The result would be uploaded on basecamp.
