1 - Yassaman is now off and does not attend the meetings and will be back in two months
2 - The society is looking into the possibility of helping The Kiosk (see a sample clip below) organize a concert in Vancouver. Bahram is the contact person and he is going to meet with their lead singer this Saturday. He is going to promote NWS on following grounds:
- NWS and Kiosk have common typical audience
- As a non-profit organization NWS is exempted from tax and gets a lower rate for venue rental
- NWS can promote Kisok in other events (cross promotion)
- We have channels for publicity
3 - Koocheh
- Requires a major time line revision
- Maryam, Majid, Bahram, and Shiva re going to brainstorm on sponsorship and cost estimation
- We need to have everything documented so absence of a person would not affect the flow too much
- A new Google group is formed for Koocheh active members
- Majid is going to find an online project management tool

Ok, it seems like the best web-based project management tool is basecamp: http://www.basecamphq.com/ and it's free for 1 project which is great.
