About Koocheh,

Salam Doostan,

I have some thoughts about Koocheh project.  It seems that  everything is going well with koocheh and I am so happy about it. The first designs by Pooya is out, and they are great, I especially liked the first design and I sent my opinions to Pooya. But I have a suggestion, as it's getting late , I think having the design ready for the dynamic version would be much more relevant job. As we have the static website ready and we can change that a little , so we would not be back on the track that much.

I already sat down and have the time lines of the website. I just want to know about your suggestion, so if you would be ok then we can make this happen for next week and we can start on promoting the  koocheh. (is the proposal packet ready ? )

So, as Saeed is living , Maryam jan, I guess we need a meeting for Koocheh, I will update basecamp as soon as we discussed about our need on the website.

(Just to clarify: I will call Pooya K. POOya and Pouya A. POUya)

 

Pooya , I hope by now you have received everyone's feedback on the design alternatives in order to finalize them. Please confirm if this is correct.

 

Assuming that we are OK with the design and branding material, now the sponsorship and PR teams can use these material to prepare their packages and start their campaign. So Leila and Majid (while you are still here) make sure you get all you need from Pooya.

 

I agree with Pouya about not wasting time on static website as it's a temporary platform which will be replaced with dynamic one very soon. So, Pooya unless you really want to redesign and develop the static website (and I am assuming it'll be you who do it, right?), we can live with minor changes on static website using your new design.

 

I'll update the project's time-line as soon as I am back. And of course in order to do that I need to get updated time-lines for website development and thriller production from Pouya and Maryam.

 

Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend the next two meetings, but I am sure, using the current time table, Maryam can take care of the coordination.

hi my dear...i won't be there tomorrow...or i may come pretty late...but i have work committment until late.

also, can we keep the location to downtown..ie: art gallary or bread garden.

i am taking a class at ubc robson square on Tues/Thurs from 7:30 to 9:30....it will help so i don't miss too much of the meeting due to transporting from one spot to another. the class is only for the month of July.
