Looking for excellent app developers

Hello friends! 

I am a recent Yale masters graduate, looking to build a team to help develop a new app. I have been working as a fellow at Yale after graduation for a one year period and now looking to make a foray into the world of tech! My background is mostly program management, worked directly for Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Professor Yunus and Ashoka and Schwab Foundation Fellows.
