Hi folks, Officer Kenny (He was at our emergency block watch meeting) send the following alert out for someone who has been breaking into cars.
This just in:
"Patrolman Paul Kenny suggested that we should be on the lookout for a tall (maybe 6'-4"), thin, African-American male who wears khakis and teardrop-shaped sunglasses riding a bike around East Rock particularly between 9:00 and 11:00 am. Paul says this guy makes a habit of breaking into cars and taking whatever might be of value."
Keep your eyes open.
