From another block watch:

I'm writing to you to report suspicious activity that my wife observed while walking our dog. We have already reported this to the police non-emergency number. At approximately 8:30 this morning, a white male in his late 40's was looking in the side and front windows of a house on the corner of Livingston and Avon. When my wife approached, he left the scene. This man was wearing and orange sweater and light blue jeans and a black hat (not a baseball hat).
