NHSO ALERT: Brush Fire Closes Sidbury Road between Blue Clay / Buck Drive

NEW HANOVER - New Hanover County Sheriff’s Deputies are responding to assist New Hanover County Fire Services with a Brush Fire in the area of 5500 Sidbury Road.  Due to this incident Sidbury Road has been CLOSED between Blue Clay Road and Buck Drive.  All traffic is being turned around at both locations.  Motorists are encouraged to avoid this area as fire officials respond to the fire.  Additional Information and/or inquiries may be obtained from New Hanover County Fire Services.  Traffic information will be provided as it becomes available.  ###PIO-CGS
