NEW HANOVER - As of 10:55 a.m., the Administrative Lockdown for Castle Hayne Elementary School has been lifted. Detectives and Deputies remain on-scene at 107 Blossom Ferry Road as they continue their investigation. Additional Information will be released as it becomes available. ###PIO-CGS
