NEW HANOVER - New Hanover County Sheriff’s Deputies are on the scene of a reported Breaking & Entering – In Progress.  Deputies, Detectives and K-9 Teams are in the area with a perimeter established at this time.  As a precaution, Castle Hayne Elementary School has been placed on administrative lock-down.  Additional Information will be released as it becomes available.  ###PIO-CGS
