Install bower deps

i have problem with install bower in this command: 

python manage.py bower_install --allow-root

it gives me error : BowerNotInstalled: Bower not installed, read instruction here - http://bower.io/

what is solution for get rid of this error?

Ali, You don't have to spam us with your problem, you posted this about 5 times now, this is not acceptable as all the mailingilst members get your mail every time.

I ran a test install on a Debian 8.3 server yesterday and it worked perfectly!
