Campaigns are blocked

Hello all,

I've an issue on newfies for my campaigns

Sometimes, the delay between each call is to long, some campaigns are "locked" as i can seen in the Master.csv and after a few moment all calls are running.

My service is "swapping" during this time.

Do you have any idea on it ?

The calls are locked and it doesn't work for a few moments.

But as i can seen in ps aux, i've some process : /usr/share/virtualenvs/newfies-dialer/bin/python manage.py, but i don't know what is it

It's normal you have some process running with "python manage.py celery" that's the backend call spooler.

Ok understood, but why this process consume 10% of memory by process ? this is why my server swap and the campaigns are locked for a few moments

Celery uses decent amount of memory, we improved a lot the backend performance in Version3 (http://www.newfies-dialer.org/newfies-dialer-v3-0-voice-broadcasting-ivr-platform/)

we found some memory leaking with the use of python-ESL within Celery too, we rewrote entirely that backend part so that this doesn't happen.
