 It was truly memorable for RD to be there as the guest  of Zeus

himself no less (our little misunderstanding quickly waning from

memory). We feasted on nectar and ambrosia. Some of the other

guests were: Poseidon and Hermes

(of www.quasarpolitical.blogspot.com ) and, our friend, Dionysus

 who is quite young here and who generously supplies a generous

 quantity of wine to all five of our comsats). The center of attention?

After feasting, the Gods and Goddesses (as per our agreement with the

 King of the Gods, we must employ a capital 'G' when referring to them)

were drunk  and some fell asleep. Silenus' (friend and tutor of Dionysus)

ass brayed drawing everyone's attention directly and only to - like a

massive dose of Adderall - Priapus*, who having long lusted after Lotus,

was peeking up her gown - just seconds away from realizing his dirty

deed. The Gs laughed. Priapus fled in embarrassment as did Lotus who

transformed into a Lotus Tree.**

(Gals, while Priapus fled with his, CJ's can be found with his at the five

comsats but not at the same time; by appointment only).

NUMBERS...What about NUMBERS? We're winners thanks to our

cyber-friends/readers: on 4/15, www.rickcmtsite.blogspot.com had a

record numbers of readers 99, we broke it with a whopping 133!!! on

5/19; what about weekly numbers - our previous high was 591 --- and

now, it's 784!!! (seven days beginning 5/16).

are holding steady or loosing ground. Momus blames you. Perhaps, we're

being premature and should wait for more than one weeks worth of new

data before subjecting our readers to the wrath of the Gods! Remember: A

connecting directly to our comsats, as time goes by, if there's a gremlin:

We no longer live in a capitalist republic under the "Declaration of

Independence," The U.S, Constitution, including, the Bill of Rights" and "The

Federalist Papers" courtesy of Wilson, FDR, LBJ, and, especially, BO.

Pride in American excellence has been replaced with quilt and shame.

Admiring people who have gone from rags-to-riches and wanting to emulate

them has become a desire to take most of it away from them and share the

wealth in accordance to communist theory. He is the first anti-Christian/Israel/

Western Civilization president. BO was the first president to embark on an

 apology tour - after all we had done for the world.

      BO controls the banks, the insurance industry, the auto industry while

the Federal Reserve Bank controls Wall Street and shares control of banks

with BO. Two of the first things that he did upon becoming president was

take control of student loans and the puddle in front of your house. Fed gov

controlled water around our nation and rivers and lakes located in more than

one state. With one if those evil Executive orders (see "Why Regulatory Laws

are Unconstitutional" at cj), he seized control of intra-state rivers, streams,

lakes, ponds --- and your puddle!

Soon, BO will control healthcare. When he took office, fed gov controlled 18%

of economy and when BO leaves, it will be 35%!!!! Each new law and reg is

diminishing the freedoms once enjoyed by citizens and businesses. Let the

Gods be with us for fed gov doesn't manage many things well, especially,

when they stick their nose where constitutionally it shouldn't be!

     Negativity about US has gotten progressively worse since the '60s: Most

 text books, news, docs, 'intellectual' talk shows, sitcoms, dramas. We disagree:

You probably think that giving the people the right to directly choose U.S.

Senators in 1913 was a good idea and democratic. See "Plato Presents Calliope"

at this venue (second red section) and add: U.S. Senators had to act in the

best interest of their state or face being ousted (not reappointed) by state

legislatures.

      The balance established by our Founding Fathers was undone! Revoke

17th AMENDMENT!!! It transpired during the so-called "Progressive Era"

of which Wilson was a part.

We are experiencing a economic/financial crisis due to the national debt! We

must make tough choices now or be forced to make more painful choices later.

BO isn't up to the challenge and will leave it to his successor.

       We propose - due to debt crisis -  only increasing defense spending by 15

billion and freezing it for 10 years except for annual cost-of-living increases.

 You're shocked that we of all people and other would suggest such a small amount.

       It is viable and can grant us greater security if we prioritize wisely.

       Our priorities in order should be: 1) Cyber-Offense/Defense; 2) We have

known since 2010 that U.S.  has been secretly developing war-at-a-distance

(we call it) conventionally-tipped ICBMs and SLBMs (sub-launched).. Perhaps, we

can retrofit the nuclear-tips as we comply with arms agreements to reduce number

of nuclear warheads; 3) missile defense (which BO wants to shrink to make

acceptable to Russia); 4) Continue to develop military robotic systems; 5) Here is

one of our oldies-but-goodies: Our GPS system is aging and we are slowly replacing

 these sats. Enable the 'secret'  unmanned  X39B program, when it becomes

operational (it resembles a small space shuttle), to reach the height of GPSs. It

would hold a GPS in its cargo bay and be positioned in proximity to a GPS and

replace it when it conks out or is knocked out during a war which could wreck havoc

on U.S. forces - even immobilize them! Advantage: Air Force X37B is more

maneuverable than a sat. If an enemy missile is heading for GPS, it could

temporally place it in cargo bay until threat is gone. If destroyed, it would replace it

 retaining its position within openned cargo bay Also: X39 can carry an anti-missile

system near a GPS and at lower altitudes. You're saying: "It violates treaty forbidding

militarizing space --- when war has commenced all bets are off, so says Ares; 6)

Develop EMP Attack capability. Energy companies should foot the bill for upgrading

 and safeguarding our electric grid. It's the only justification for charging customers

move. Unfortunately, our energy bills will quadruple over the next decade due to BO's

misguided energy policies --- not justifiable!

      Most of the above falls under the purview of the Air Force and CIA. Increase

the size of the Air Force Regulars and Reserves, military and civilian by 15% over

10 years. Double the size of the Marines in the 4 categories. Triple the size of

Special Forces. Also, over 10 years, reduce the size of the Army and Navy Regulars

 by one-third and reserves by 50%. It would also necessitate mothballing (certainly

the most sensitive/secretive) leasing and loaning equipment, vehicles and weapons

to our allies enabling them to foot more of the bill for their own defense; we can

protect 'em from a distance. Japan should largely defend itself but is a large

purchaser of our bonds, consequently, we can't make such a demand. Treaty ending

WW2 limiting size of their military would have to be renegotiated.,

LET's CREATE A 21th Century Military!

                                                    The MINI

In part one, we suggested beefing up state militias (more commonly known now-a-

says as state defense forces). When the National Guard is under the control of

the governor, state militias coordinate with Guard to deal with hurricanes, earthquakes,

floods, etc. President can send NG to serve as support soldiers in a war. SMs are

solely under the control of the governors. During war they can defend their state. In

most states, they are volunteers and have to even pay for their uniforms and only

meet a couple of weeks per year. Why not allow some state policeman where two hats:
Militiaman/policeman. We won't have to worry about fed gov somehow seizing

control. They will be paid (police salary as we are aware of state debt crisis) and

 receive training not received by other policeman.

Don't forget Symbolic Value!

We must cut spending by at least 5 trillion over ten years and have major tax reform

which will bring down the debt, create jobs, increase R & D, generate greater profits

and simplify returns so that you don't need to pay a CPA.

      Presently, 50% of Americans receive a small to large return. They should

contribute something. No wonder libs think that citizens are children in need of

parenting.

      Completely do away with marriage penalty. No deductions! No exceptions. If you

allow one, Congress won't stop. Remember the old Lays potato chip commercial:

"I bet that you can't eat just one?"?

      An individual or a married couple earning between 25,000 & 75,000 per year has

to pay $500. No more refunds. We're all in this together.

      Individual/couple whose overall earnings are between 75,000-350,000 has to pay

12 1/2% of what they gross in the following areas - salaries, wages, tips, bonuses,

sale of property, rental income and dividends on futures (presently 15%); 5% of

their dividends for stocks (down from 15%) and 5% of interest on savings accounts 

(down from 15%). Interest on U.S. Savings Bonds - 2 1/2%

      What if you earn  $350,000-1,000,000, you'll have to pay the same as above

plus an additional 5% of what you earn beyond $350,000 excluding what you earned

from stocks; 10% above $1,000,000 and 15% above $5,000,000. The present

'progressive' income tax (part of the progressive era) punishes people for working

 hard by kicking them up to a higher tax bracket. Less punishment under our plan.

 Interest on US Savings Bonds should only be 7.5%.

     The corporate Income Tax is 37% - the highest in the world! With deductions,

most corporations actually pay between 7.5 and 25 or thereabouts. Let's make it

15% with no deductions. WE WANT BUSINESSES CREATING &
SPENDING NOT BIG GOV!
