Subject: ONLY TIME FOR A SHORT ONE...
(This post and "God" at groups.google.com/group/
rickcosmos-eclectic were written prior to "The DEATH of RICHARD
DE PERSIO" at www.rickcmtsite.blogspot.com Chronology may be
 important).

(Expanded Version)
Bartender*: "Rick, Name your poison." RD: "I only have time for
a short one, one finger." Bartender: "Are you going on a trip?
RD: "Yes, Joe. I have a vague premonition of danger or an accident."

One definition of lib: Gov exists to take care of people and control business.
One definition of conservatism: Gov exists to help people take care of
themselves and to largely marginalize itself at all levels but fed more than
state and state more than local (view shared by our Founding Fathers).
The BIG issue at our nation's founding: BIG vs. small Fed Gov but unlike
today's variety. The BIG Side: Fed Gov needs all the tools (agencies,
programs) to carry out the duties and responsibilities assigned to it by the
Constitution. The small side: It shouldn't have anything not spelled put in
the Constitution. For example, the Mr. BIGs want a national bank to help
carry out financial obligations. The Mr. smalls: not necessary and not in
the Constitution
Ever since FDR, LBJ and, especially, BO, it has been BIG Gov in terms
of Fed gov taking on powers and responsibilities and programs not granted
to it by the Constitution This in clear violation of Amendment 10. Fed gov
can barely do in a competent fashion what it is assigned to do.

Montana passes law in accordance with true meaning of Commerce Law in
Constitution and Amendment 10 in Bill of Rights: Congress can't pass a law
and Executive Branch can't create a reg regarding intra-state commerce.
Founding Fathers wanted states to regulate trade between each other with
fed gov only getting involved when absolutely necessary. Since FDR, lib
presidents, congresses and courts have used Commerce Clause to justify
commence laws and regs and beyond.. Soon Montana Law will RIP.

We were watching "Transforming America; New Deal" (PBS/CUNY)
with our guests George, John, Tom and the two - who were appalled by
the lib of it! They embraced classical liberal economics which had a
different meaning than it does today: it meant going beyond laizze faire only
when absolutely necessary.
Ninety-nine per cent was dedicated to how wonderful the 'Alphabet
Soup' New Deal was. There was one sentence about how FDR's Treasury
Secretary in the late '30s said that it failed. It failed because FDR employed
Keynesian economics, the self-same brand of economics that failed
President BO.
We caught "Decisions in Foreign Policy - Feeding the Dragon: China in
Africa." We're trying to promote good gov in sub-Saharan African nations.
Our secondary concern is our economic interests! Meanwhile, our banker
China is enabling some of these nations to advance from third-world status to
developing and others from developing to industrial. They have a smart plan:
pay off key officials under the table - dictators and their key minions like;
develop intra-structure for the nation's use and China's: roads, bridges, power
plants, dams, railroads, etc using Chinese money but mostly loans given
to these govs at a relatively low interest rate --- most are the workers are
not indigenous but imported from China; China is mining for precious metals,
oil, iron ore and more using mostly yellow workers. Everybody is happy but
with a Chinese advantage. Why aren't we capitalists doing the same: Exploit!

Here's a shocker to knock you off of your women: Recently, the lib N.Y. Times
admitted that there hasn't been an increase in global warming in 16 years!
See: Green with Envy         www.pan-multiverse.blogspot.com
Meanwhile, the scientifically illiterate like BO are destroying the natural gas,
oil and clean coal industries (loss of jobs; BO likes high unemployment - poor
vote democrat. What will it accomplish: it will make greenies happy while China
and India mine for dirty coal with wild abandon! Their position: countries like the
U.S. have gotten rich because of coal for 150 years. Why shouldn't we!
Assuming the greenhouse emissions were to decline by our ass-hole actions, it
would be more than offset by China and India. Meanwhile, our children our taught
in school by lib teachers to be green but not taught that they're parents heat and
electric bills are going  to more than quadruple over the next ten years!!!
Our great NASA is with out a mission and dying. Let it further develop nuclear
generators and nuclear thermal propulsion (project abandoned in early '70s,
as well as, moon mining for silicon and Helium-3. Find out why at NASA might
solve our BO-inspired energy crisis at www.quasarpolitical.blogspot.com If you
have a problem connecting directly, anyone can connect via Facebook's Second
American Revolution. NASA was one of the few successful fed gov programs and
constitutionally justified. Libs hate it the America is number one in everything so
President BO is knocking space and medical technologies down a few notches.
Let's knock the socialist down a few notches. When, he took office fed gov
controlled 18% of economy. When he lives it will be 35% (add: auto, banking,
insurance and healthcare industries plus Wall Street) and we all know how well fed
gov runs things that it has no business running!!!

new and original plan. {said I to myself said I}-Gilbert)

visit from the Greek God Morpheus instead?).
