Job Description:

 

We are seeking a Business Analyst/Product Manager with expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Manage RPA product roadmap and backlog

- Gather and analyze business requirements for RPA projects

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement RPA solutions

- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities

- Work with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption of RPA solutions

 

Requirements:

 

- 10+ years of experience in business analysis or product management

- Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)

- Strong understanding of business processes and automation principles

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
