AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in Python scripting and experience in developing AI solutions using LangChain and LangGraph. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and be proficient in application to application (A2A) integrations and microservices architecture (MCP). This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively in a fast paced environment to deliver innovative AI/ML solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms using Python.
Utilize LangChain and LangGraph for building and optimizing AI applications.
Deploy and manage AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high quality input for AI models.
Implement application to application (A2A) integrations and microservices architecture (MCP) for seamless functionality.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Document processes, models, and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies.
Mandatory Skills:
Proficient in Python scripting.
Experience with LangChain and LangGraph frameworks.
Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Knowledge of application to application (A2A) integrations.
Familiarity with microservices architecture (MCP).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
Knowledge of machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit learn.
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
5 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related role.
Proven track record of successfully delivering AI/ML projects.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
