At least 2 to 3 end to end project lifecycles as Pega Lead Business Architect ( LBA)
Must have experience in documenting business rules – Assisting with the work type structure from business perspective
Experience in designing and configuring rules and flows – Assisting with the development of the draft user interface and draft process flows
Strong experience in communicating with internal teams and clients – Delivering user interface requirements like graphical user interfaces, screens and interface mock-ups
8+ years of solid experience working in PEGA
5+ years of strong experience working as PEGA LBA
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and team building skills

Excellent problem analysis and trouble shooting skills

University or college degree or equivalent experience

Job Descriptions

Must have experience in designing application from Scratch, designing situational layer cake & Enterprise class structure and Mapping of Organization structure, Data Modeling best practices
Must have experience on Pega API, Integration And JavaScript API, Listeners, Email Channel
Must have knowledge of Object oriented development concepts, SSO, Authentication, RBAC, ABAC, CBAC
Strong leadership and communication skills for requirement gathering, design thinking sessions
Lead development team technically and ensure implementation of Pega best practice.
Responsible for design, implementation and delivery of user stories as per Pega best practices. Perform code reviews and ensure all compliances with application quality
Provide thought leadership and work closely with fellow team members and across business and technical project dimensions, solving enterprise-wide complex business requirements and make informed decisions.
