Title: BY WMS Consultant

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)

Job Summary:

The BY WMS Specialist will be responsible for the implementation of BY Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role requires a combination of technical expertise and operational knowledge in warehouse processes to ensure the WMS is functioning optimally and effectively supporting our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- BY WMS Implementation and Configuration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement BY WMS solutions according to business requirements. Configure BY WMS to meet operational needs, including setting up workflows, inventory management rules, and user access.

- Integration Management: Work with IT and third-party vendors to integrate BY WMS with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA , TMS). Manage data flows between systems and ensure accurate data synchronization.

- User Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs for end users on WMS functionalities and best practices. Create and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials.

- Process Improvement :Analyze current warehouse processes and identify areas for efficiency improvements through BY WMS capabilities. Propose and implement enhancements to WMS functionalities that support operational excellence.

- Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Utilize analytical tools to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing warehouse operations.

DevSecOps Experience:

- Implement security practices in WMS implementation and integration

- Automate deployment and testing for BY WMS using DevSecOps tools

- Ensure compliance and monitoring in WMS operations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in BY WMS implementation

- Experience working with CPG or Distribution company

- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support users at all levels.
