Location:- Irvine, CA ( Travel and ready to work in PST Timezone)

Retail & B2C Focus

Support high-volume B2C retail transactions, including:
POS integration
Omnichannel sales (in-store, online, mobile)
Returns, refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks
Manage retail pricing scenarios (discounts, loyalty programs, coupons, seasonal promotions).
Payment Processing

Configure and support retail payment processing including:
Credit/debit cards
Digital wallets
Cash, gift cards, store credits
Handle payment authorization, settlement, reconciliation, and chargeback processing
Integrate SAP with external payment gateways and payment service providers (PSPs).
Billing & Revenue Management

Configure billing types, billing plans, and invoice outputs
Handle special retail scenarios such as:
Partial billing
Advance payments
Refund invoicing
Support tax determination (VAT, GST, sales tax) relevant to retail operations.
Order-to-Cash Process Management

Design, configure, and support SAP O2C processes including:
Customer master data
Sales order management
Pricing & promotions
Billing & invoicing
Credit management
Accounts receivable integration
Ensure seamless end-to-end O2C flow from order creation to cash application.
