Job Title: Product Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles, from ideation to launch, while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders to drive product success.
Responsibilities:
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and customers to gather requirements and prioritize features.
Utilize SAFe principles to manage product backlogs, ensuring that user stories are well defined and prioritized for development.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure effective team collaboration.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate and improve product offerings continuously.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go to market strategies and support product launches.
Provide training and support to stakeholders on product features and benefits.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong knowledge and experience as a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
Proven experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a data driven approach to decision making.
Experience in managing product backlogs and prioritizing features based on business value.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a specific industry relevant to our products (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance).
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
Certification in SAFe or other Agile methodologies.
Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
10-20 years of experience in product management or related roles.
Demonstrated success in launching and managing products in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
