Location: Springfield, MA (ONSITE)
Description
- Architecture & Design: Create comprehensive design documents, data models, and system architecture for Salesforce implementations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements from business leaders and translate them into functional technical specifications.
- Technical Leadership: Guide developers, oversee code quality, and provide best practice recommendations.
- Integration & Customization: Design integrations with third party systems (e.g., ERP, Marketing Cloud) and configure complex solutions using declarative and programmatic tools.
- Governance & Strategy: Define data security, performance standards, and environment management (DevOps/CI/CD).
- Prototyping: Build Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Deep Salesforce Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Platform capabilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Salesforce data modeling.
- Architectural Skills: Knowledge of SaaS/PaaS principles, system integration patterns, and security models.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development or consulting, with previous architect experience preferred.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Application Architect, or System Architect.
- Communication: Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions for executive stakeholders.
