 SAP TM(Transportation Management) Consultant - Retail

Core Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work with business stakeholders (logistics, IT, supply chain) to understand pain points and translate them into SAP TM solutions.
Solution Design & Configuration: Configure SAP TM modules for transportation planning, carrier selection, freight cost management, and settlement, aligning with best practices.
Integration: Design interfaces and manage integration between SAP TM, SAP S/4HANA, SMC3, BN4L, P44 and external carrier/3PL systems.
Functional Specifications: Create detailed documents for custom developments (enhancements, reports) for technical teams.
Testing & Training: Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and develop/deliver end-user training.
Support & Optimization: Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and recommend continuous process improvements for efficiency.
Project Management: Contribute to project plans, manage small-to-medium projects, and mentor teams.
Key Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of logistics and transportation business processes.
Deep knowledge of SAP TM functionality and configuration.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM is often mandatory.
Analytical, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
