What products and services will the co-op provide?

Here's a list to start with, make additions you would like.
1) the exchange of food and food products with local farmers/producers
and consumers
2) educational (formal and informal) opportunities
3) employment for coop workers (manager, tellers, stockers)
4) access to fairly traded products like cocoa products otherwise hard
to find except through
mail order
