It was great meeting with you both yesterday! I was wondering if you have a way of helping get the word out about a job opening we have at The Bartolotta Restaurants? We are currently hiring for an HR Director and would love any assistance you can provide with sharing the information below.

The Bartolotta Restaurants are looking for a growth-oriented, experienced Human Resources Director. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a family run, privately held, growth driven, leader in the hospitality and dining industry. Knowledge of the service industry is a plus. A degree in business management or Human Resources is required. Applicants with 5-10 years experience in human resources are preferred. Ability to work in a fluid environment is necessary. Successful candidate will be able to balance needs of the business with employee needs effectively and efficiently. This position will report directly to the President of the company.
Responsibilities include:
Working with team of Directors to develop the strategic direction of the business
Serve as main contact for all unemployment and worker compensation claims
Recruit for all levels of staff-hourly to management
Maintain employee files
Advise management in employee relation issues
Investigate workplace complaints
Perform background and reference checks
Act as Human Resource expert
