Hi Newark Green Team!

I hope you’re all doing well! I wanted to share that the NJDEP Youth Inclusion Initiative (YII) grant is now open for 2026! YII is a six-week summer program that's designed to empower young people aged 16 to 20 from eligible communities by providing them with hands-on introductions to environmental careers, and strengthening community connections.

The grant application deadline is March 12, 2026

There will also be an informal webinar on February 12th, 2026 at 3pm.
