New Character: Jade Lee

I have just posted the GCA file for Jade Lee. I built her on 600
points, our original starting level, but the gca file says 587 points.
The remaining 13 points not on the character sheet are for
combinations that apparently GCA has no current method for entering.
They are:

5 points
Karate Kick/Head + Sweep(staff)

8 points
Staff Strike/Torso + Spinning Kick/Torso + Staff Strike/Torso

Adam, take a look and let me know what you think, if you want me to
change anything, etc.....
