TASIOAudioIn doesn't seem to read any audio data

Has anyone actually got this to work? I'm using the ASIO4ALL driver. The callback function AsioBufferSwitchInput never gets called, so the WriteIndex is never incremented and GetDataInternal always fails. Anyone any ideas?
