how to jump in mp3-file streamed from http?

I want to seek\jump over played part of a stream.  

Is it possible? (some caсhe etc, I dunno)

It is an solid mp3 from http-get, but  I don't want to download it fullsize, but want to stream and listen it from the beginning, and jump over alredy downloaded part.

Is there any  component to do it, or only one way is to start download it and simultaneously play downloaded from hdd? Or from memory?
