Restaurant is in a commercial condo unit. Floor plan is as follows:
Inside restaurant area – including kitchen of 780 sq. ft. – total of 1,300 sq. ft.
Sidewalk café – 725 sq. ft.
Now they want to put a night club with live music in space. Anyone have information on regulations with regard to use of sidewalk cafes for live music, etc.?

Not sure about live music, but a sidewalk café license must be obtained from the NYC department of Consumer Affairs, check their website for requirements
