Client is a church which runs day care. In 2003 supposedly one of the teachers sexually abused an 8 year old child. Teacher denies it but in 2005 takes a plea bargain to avoid trial and possible jail. Now child files law suit against church.
Any recommendations as to an attorney to handle this defense?

In either event, I would not mess around because this is serious business and nothing to laugh about. Did you know that a watched pot never boils and that a stitch in time saves nine? Or that a rolling stone gathers no moss? Honestly, I am surprised that you are still reading this notice. Personally, I normally don’t pay much attention to these types of disclaimers. I am impressed and commend you for taking the time. I never actually anticipated anyone would ever get this far into my notice and I only wish I had something more meaningful to say. Thank you for bearing with me and for sticking it out to the end.
