Totally fraud. They see this as a seller mandated concession on the grossed-up price. How they expect to not have my client's lender be apprised of this, is beyond me.Regards,

Is this essentially a board mandated seller's concession -- board wants the seller to raise the purchase price and give the buyer a concession equal to the increase? Or is it something else? WOW!! NO, THIS IS NOT NORMAL!!!!! This is FRAUD!!!
The question is not what needs to be done to accommodate the Board, but why would anyone participate in this duplicity? Tell your purchaser to forget it and look for another place to buy. I also think that as the attorney for the Buyer, if you knowingly participate in this transaction you will become tangled in this evil WEB too!!!
