Hi:
John here. We haven't sent much through the list lately. Ready to
start again?
The time has come for us lightworkers to take our next step toward
building the New World. That involves aspects of community like we
discussed last year. The key is communication.
Rather than focusing on local efforts to form community, this group IS
a community, though a very wide-spread and loose-knit one.
Perhaps you'd be so kind as to share with us your projects and/or
other efforts to build a better tomorrow through your light, love and
inspiration. Feel free to share your struggles and success as well.
BTW, those of you who aren't on my regular mailing list (you can sign
up at www.PeaceOptions.com) may not know that this Sunday Seth
(channeled by Tom Massari) and I are doing our second joint
teleconference Sunday 1/25 at 7pm ET. Details are below.
Registration ends Saturday evening.
It's on "Creating Reality," I hope you can join us.
Anyway, please share your experiences so others can learn from them
and perhaps help.

HI John, you say to tell you about projects and things of that sort to help my community here in Philly. Well we're helping people here just survive by sharing anything we find like the project Share where people can purchase food at a much lower rate than in the supermarket to make ends meet. Also i feel it doesn't have to be complicated cause people sometimes loose themselves making things to pricey and complicated when all you really need to do is just reach out your hand to someone and help them. I myself personally did something this past week by just looking and being aware of what needs to be done and just help. A short story of what happened to me: I went to Walgreens to buy toothpaste and it was bitter cold and blustery that day. I saw is older lady with just some house slippers and some short pajamas and a thin sweater and i know she was cold cause i have on sweats and sneakers and a very heavy jacket and i was freezing just walking from my van to the store. Well the lady looked at me and said Mame can you give me a ride home cause i got lost. Well how many would take this lady looking the way she did into your vechile and take her home. Well i went in and bought my toothpaste after letting her know that i would take her home. I asked her address and she gave me an address that was quite a distance from the Walgreens we had just came out of. None the less i drove her there only to find out that she didn't recognize the area. So i asked her if there was a phone number i could call to get the correct address and her daughter anwsered the phone and gave me the correct address which of coarse was in the opposite direction and close to where the store was located. So i drove back and made sure the daughter came and got her Mom and just to see and hear what the daughter told me broke my heart. Her mother has Alsheimer and she gets confused alot and she told me that she had nothing to give me for my troubles and i merely told her if it had been my Mom i would have wanted someone to help her get home safe that this was payment enough her thanks. So you see sometimes all we really need to do is just open our hearts and eyes and just do little things and eventually if everyone does little things around there area maybe it will spread world wide and things will be better for all of us. That is just what i feel, nothing complicated or big ideas about how to make the world better just take care of your own and what little you can do for someone else and if you multiply it by everyone in the world what do you think would happen? Just something to think about!!

Dear Carmen,
What a lovely thing you did for this elderly woman. When someone you
love walks out of your house and you don't know where they are, you go
out of your mind wondering where the person is. I know because it has
happened to us. Sheryl Crow's song "Out of our head and into our
heart" is so true. If we put ourselves in another's shoes, we are truly
walking in Christ's shoes. Thanks for sharing.
