to New World Network
I want to introduce you all to a friend of mine from Mesa, Arizona (or somewhere thereabouts west of Phoenix).  His name is Tom Massari.  He is one of the quiet members of this Network.

Tom is a Chicago guy, and after living in a sea of New Yorkers and other transplants from around this hemisphere for over 20 years, I find talking with Tom is like being back home in the Midwest.  There's a certain way about people from Chicago that I relish (having grown up with similar folk back in Cleveland).  Straight-shooters who call it like they see it.

He's a really talented guy.  Actor.  Musician.  Healer.  Radio show.  I'm not sure I've discovered all of them yet.

Anyway, I met Tom through a mutual friend (Darryl who I'll introduce another time if he'll let me) a few years back.  Tom it turns out is a channel that Darryl had himself only recently re-connected with after a 20 hear hiatus.  We were talking about finding a new connection to spirit after a long-time channel we knew gave up her gift, and Darryl mentioned Tom.

He said Tom channeled Seth, and talking to Seth was like speaking to God.

He was right.  And so I met Seth, a being who exists in non-physical reality.  As it turns out, Seth shares his insights into how this three-dimensional physical reality works and how we create our lives.

If you visit WhisperZone.org, you'll find several years worth of Seth's teachings on creation archived in our library there.  They are a tremendous resource that I highly recommend.  BTW, it's f*r-ee.

But there's no substitute for talking directly with Seth -- or Tom for that matter.  In a sense, they're both alike -- no nonsense, no fluff, cut straight to the chase.  Neither one talks in particularly metaphysical terms; just plain talk the way a kid from Cleveland grew up was used to hearing.

Anyway, a while back Seth encouraged Tom, Darryl and me to consider the possibility of doing something together.  Seth would never say what -- he doesn't try to influence what we create -- just to explore the possibilities.

We started talking but nothing came of it at the time.  Life got in the way, I guess.  Until now.

I was talking recently with Tom about having made little headway on Seth's indication that the energies of the Los Angeles area, and to a lesser extent Phoenix, were intricately tied to me and my work.  I thought that was funny, having never visited L.A. before that and knowing no one there.

Anyway, in the course of our conversation, lo and behold Tom invited me to try something with him -- reciprocal messages to our email lists of readers.  Mine went to his yesterday.  I posted it at PeaceOptions so you can see our first efforts at cooperative activity.  The link is http://peaceoptions.com/node/174.

His copy should come to me today so I can send it out.  I'll post it at PeaceOptions after I do so you can see it, too.

The point of all this is that now is the time for us to begin working together.  Most of us probably aren't real comfortable with it.  I know I'm still getting the hang of it, having worked only with my wife for the last 20 years (and most of that was her doing her work and me doing mine).

But we're never going to learn how, much less show others how, unless we begin looking for ways to do it and then building upon whatever results.

This is one of the objectives behind coming together in community -- to allow ourselves the opportunity to explore our common ground and what we might begin to create together.  Eventually when community is tied together by the hub those opportunities will expand.  For now, though, we've got to learn how in the simple ways that present themselves today.

Anyway, I invite you to share your stories on cooperative activity so we all might learn from them.  If you permit, I'll post some of them on PeaceOptions.

And by the way, if you want to speak with Tom, you can reach him at tmas...@cox.net.  I highly recommend it.

Very, very nice.  Thank you very much.  Hopefully exchanging these will bring some new life to both of us.
