*New community garden opens in Sapperton!*

The New Westminster Community Gardening Society (NWCGS) in cooperation with
St. Mary the Virgin Anglican Church in Sapperton will be officially
celebrating the opening of the community garden on the front lawn of the
church and we would appreciate having you attend.

When:* July 9 from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m.
*
What:* We will be having a potluck supper and get together

*Where:* St. Mary the Virgin church hall at 121 East Columbia across
from the old Brewery in Sapperton

*Why:* This is a great opportunity to thank all the wonderful volunteers
who have helped to make the garden a reality and to celebrate this small
step to increasing food security in New Westminster.

If you are able to attend please RSVP below so we will know how much
food to prepare. We hope to see you there.
