Error in multiple letters typed today for Adrian Cush, QEII Hospital which were sent to QA

Hello, I have typed several letters today for Adrian Cush, Musculoskeletal Management Clinic at QEII Hospital. Unfortunately, I believed he was dictating Musculoskeletal "Derangement" Clinic in several of these letters, which have been sent to QA.

I would be most grateful if "Derangement Clinic" in any of these letters could please be changed to "Management Clinic".

The TIDs requiring amendment are 209701949, 209701951, 209701954, 209701956 and 209701960.
