Duane Pitre concert cancelled, Ithaca show still happening...

Yes, as Mike P told us before, this has been the summer of
cancellations.

Here is a message I got from Duane regarding the slated Sept. 11th
show which is now not happening:

"I had a big show at MoMA's PS1 get rained out (on Aug 29) and
rescheduled for Sept 12, and I have to be there early for sound-
check. And reason I have to cancel Syracuse is because this PS1 show
is a year in "the making" and I have to hold up my contract (contracts
are weird).

I write you now because I just got a google alert regarding posting
you just put on your blog....but I also noticed you mentioned to peeps
that driving to Ithaca might be something they are interested in.....I
am still playing Ithaca, and leaving to go back to NYC the next
morning."


SO BY ALL MEANS, GO TO THE ITHACA SHOW AND CATCH THIS AMAZING LINE-UP
((sorry about all of the cancellations this summer, sometimes it works
out, and sometimes it doesn't. I apologize for anyone who didn't get
the info in time, and hope you still trust us that shows will still be
happening))
