I have firefox for mac and yesterday probe his addon in a PC, I
enchant myself, but now that I want it to install, they warn to me
that he is not compatible for firefox 3.5.2. At the correct time this
update happens.

My question is: As soon as time we will be able to enjoy this charming
service? please hopefully it can solve it soon.

Hi Diego,
Sorry for the delay, I've been on holidays.
I am not sure why it would tell you that it is not compatible with
your version of Firefox. I have just installed 3.5.2 on Linux and
Windows and it works fine. Can you please check the version of the
extension?
Because the extension is still in experimental phase it does not get
updated automatically by Firefox so you might have an older version?

Regards,

It stopped working for me as well, though it's not clear what the
exact cause was.

I have FF 3.5.2 and am running JumpStart 0.5a3.4.

The addon no longer loads with new tabs or on startup (despite those
options being ticked in settings). Further, when I force it to load
(by hitting the "Open JumpStart" button on the toolbar) I get a blank
JumpStart dashboard. There is nothing in the "Most Visited" section,
and the "Recently Closed" section is also totally blank despite
several recently closed tabs.

I tried restarting the browser and the computer. I also tried
uninstalling/reinstalling the addon. Nothing has worked so far.

Hi Austin,
I have the extension installed in Linux and Windows XP with FF 3.5.2
and it works fine. However there might be loads of possible error
situations and usually they are conflicts with some of the add-ons -
perhaps that was the case with some new version of addon you have on
your Firefox that just got updated. Said that it is very hard to tell
what might be wrong.

There are couple of things you might do to help me find out what the
problem might be:

Which OS you are using?
Which other addons you have installed?

In Temp folder (path is OS specific - in Windows XP it is in: C:
\Documents and Settings\yourusername\Local Settings\Temp\ ) there
should be a file jumpstart.log - there might be some error caught
there.
Another possibility is that it might be an uncaught exception in which
case it should show up in the Error Console (from menu: Tools/Error
Console, or shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+J). You might need to set:
javascript.options.showInConsole to true in order to show exceptions
from addons.

You can answer/send me all this in a private message, you have my
email.

Thanks,
Mihailo
