Can I undo the effect of the button "never show this site"?
When such button is pressed, the site address is stored in same list
or configuration file? Can I remove a site from same list?

Not at the moment. (Well you could but you would need to go to
Firefox's places database etc.)

I'll see to include functionality to do that in the next version which
will be available by the end of the year.
Btw, If you haven't navigated off the JumpStart you can click on the X
button on the thumb again and reverse the decision.

With latest version (0.5a5.2) you can control blocked sites in
options, Info tab.
