17.0.1 Mac 10.6.8 with Adblockplus, ghostery, tabmixplus, all-in-one sidebar, firebug, https everywhere, locationbar limit, user agent switch, divplus html5 and element hiding helper for adblock

:)

it's been like this since FF 16 i think

always had the add-ons installed

you can still right click on the bookmarks and use the menu

It's working for me on 17.0.1 but that is Win7.
I suspect it's a conflict with one of the other adons, can you please see if there are any errors in Error Console (that's in Web Developer's menu - but you probably know that ;)) - possibly clear all the errors and restart Firefox to see if there are any errors on start-up and after clicking on the toolbar.

Cheers,
Mihailo

no errors on startup and just this warning when a new tab is created:

[12:59:53.737] XUL box for vbox element contained an inline element child, forcing all its children to be wrapped in a block. @ chrome://jumpstart/content/tabView.xul

no errors or warning when bookmark toolbar links are clicked :(

thanks for helping :)

It appears to be an incompatibility with TabMixPlus.

When I disable that add-on the links work as expected :)
