Trying to add another new tab & doesn't generate "New Tab Jumpstart" new tab.

to New Tab JumpStart

windows7 home premium
Firefox 13.0
add-ons: adblock plus, ant video downloader, integrated gmail,
lastpass, logmein, tile tabs.

New Tab Jumpstart seems to work on only starting a new firefox and
"new windows". It does not work on new tab.

Firefox added similar functionality in version 13 so it will show it's own New Tab page instead of New Tab Jumpstart's.
