Games Day will be on Saturday, 27^th July. The venue is the Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce and Industry Hall, 6th FLoor, Oricon House, K Dubash Marg, Fort, Mumbai 400001. Just below the Indo Japanese Association.

The Program is two workshops in the morning, one from 10-11:30 and the other from 11:45 to 1:15. We will play games in the afternoon…

The schedule of the workshops has been changed - the one on jewelry making will be from 10:00am and the Sumi-e will be from 11:45.

 

Please nominate one student from your respective institutes (interested student) to participate in these workshops.

 

If the workshops are popular, we will arrange a special session of only that activity for all interested people, but we have to keep the numbers limited on 27th July.

 

Song Contest – This will be on 24^th August 2013. Venue - Somaiya  College – Same as last year…

The rules are the same too – each teacher can nominate one group and 3 solo participants. HOWEVER, the time available is only two hours, so everybody will not be automatically in. The first 10 groups and 10 solos will be picked up. When you contact us, give us the name of the song as well to ensure that there is no duplication… The singers must be accompanied by music, either live or karaoke. AND in case of karaoke, it should be only music no voices..

(So far, only Supriya has contacted us about her group song)
