ANNOUNCEMENT FOR JLPT –JULY, 2015 - MUMBAI
■ Test date	JULY 5 (Sun.), 2015
■ Test sites (Proposed)	NM COLLEGE OF COMMERCE & ECONOMICS JVPD Scheme, Vile Parle (W), Mumbai
■ Application Procedures
a. Application	Application for test is to be filled ONLINE. Visit http://www.mumbaikyoushikai.com/ and complete the process. Application link will be active only during dated stated below. Please read the instructions at the application page while completing the application.
b. Test Fee	Level N1  Rs. 1200/- Level N2  Rs. 1200/- Level N3  Rs. 1000/- Level N4  Rs. 1000/- Level N5  Rs. 900/-
c. Application Period	From 13th March. 2015 to 13th April, 2015 (Till 12 midnight)
Other Instructions
a. Application will be accepted through online only. Application form obtained from other test centre will not be accepted. Payment also has to be made online only. b. It is necessary to upload your latest passport size photo of 3.5 cm (width) X 4.5 cm size in JPG format at the time of online application. c. After completion of online payment, Hall Ticket with Registration number will be generated. Kindly print the same and applicant should carry the same at the time of test with original of photo identification such as Adhar card, Office ID card, School/college ID card, Passport etc. d.
