July 2014 JLPT Form filling and care to be taken in the classes

Minasan,

I am going to Teachers association to bring Certificates / Results and to get the forms for July 2014 JLPT Exams. Please let me know urgently who wants to get the forms. It is difficult to go time and again to get the forms, so you have to travel to Fort to fill up the forms if you dont inform now.

so let me know urgently by Email, and convey the message to your friends also. 

Besides, Yesterday I got complaint from the Residents of Vihang Class Premises of Thane. They were complaining that students create lot of noise and disturb the residents, so we should be prohibited to take classes in Vihang Premises. Do we really want this to happen? I am strictly requesting all the teachers to keep the door closed while taking the classes. No noise should go outside. 

We especially have problem when two batches leave simultaneously at 12:30. I really want to instruct all the students to keep silence while leaving our premises, please do not talk even in the elevators. you can always discuss when you come to the common space in between all the buildings. Please take utmost care; so that the matter will calm down. 

N5 Thane batch will stay in the classes while in the break time in order to avoid nuisance to the residents.

Please understand seriousness of the matter and cooperate.
