Kate Moss for Topshop 'Folk' Smocked Dress i personally love this dress. i had read a lot of negative reviews on the topshop website because it doesn't have much shape and is slightly sheer. these things are true, but i like the flowy fit, and wore a slip underneath. "The dress itself is absolutely gorgeous, the detail work is incredible, but if it wasn't for my 38D's, I would probably have hated it, and it would have only gotten about 3 stars. Thanks to my gals, it fit perfectly... until we got to the rib area. As another reviewer stated, the body doesn't really have any shape to it. It kind of reminded me of a really blingy version of those smocks that you use to cover up to not get paint on yourself in kindergarten. ***BUT*** since I've been shopping at Nordstrom for as long as I can remember, I already have an appointment with their incredible tailors to have the sides taken in, and all the extra fabric gets snipped away. Dress saved, in a few days it'll perfect as it should have been out of the bag- a 5 star piece that will be in constant rotation in my closet!"
