I hope this Christmas you are all doing well.
Next year, 2011, we will be having our winter retreat on January 28th
and 29th (Friday and Saturday)
We will not be going far...actually we will be having sort of a lock-
in at church on Friday night.
On Saturday, we will finish up our retreat and head on over to
Wachusetts for Skiing and Snowboarding.
I am hoping all members may join. Especially the married couples w/
children, we are having it close to home because of the children. So,
I hope and pray that we can all participate.

I am sending this email out early because I would like for you to put
it in your calendar and schedules so you will not have any conflicts
for those dates.

Also, we need a head count for the ski trip. If we have enough people
going then we will get a group discount.
So please respond to this email as soon as you know if you are able to
come....

For college students at home for vacation, you should also reply. We
set the date to the end of January because we know you will be back
for school. It's the best time since it is the beginning of the
semester, so you won't have much burden then.

For those who are going away to college, you can always come and stay
for those days. I do not expect you to take part since I'm sure you
have your own ministries and churches at your campuses. But you are
more than welcome to join. It is hard to have a winter retreat earlier
because of the various other events going on at church, with the youth
group, etc.
