Jargon: Fiscal Conservatism ~ Economic Liberalism

I may have sometimes confused the usage of the term

Fiscally Conservative and Liberal
- actually meaning the opposite.

I thought I would highlight that
Fiscally Conservative and Ecomomically Liberal
are closer concepts in their usage (if not meaning the
same thing) [and vice versa]
