Ray of hope ... Just in ... Petition not dismissed!

It is referred to a 5 judge bench. Of course the bench can still dismiss it later.

I forgot to mention earlier .... Shashi Tharoor tried to champion this in parliament but the bill was shouted down. Kudos to Shashi Tharoor to highlight this. He seems to be the only law maker who understands the freedom inherent in Indian culture.

To set the record straight ...
Kapil Sibal and Chidambaram of Congress are two other law makers
who have publicly stated opposition to 377
.... but only Tharoor has done something about it ...
