Some frequently asked questions regarding upcoming DLF Development in Sec-90, Gurgaon.
1. When can the cheques be sent to us for this advance Expression of interest.
DLF has still not officially launched the project. We expect the project to be launched coming week on 28 Feb 2012. Your cheques shall reach us by 27th Feb 2012 ideally. Please let us know in case you want us to visit personally and discuss the prospective and procedure in details.
2. What is the price?
The price will be announced at the time of launch only. Apart from the basic sales price there would be other charges like preferential location charges, IBMS, EDC & IDC. All these details will be announced at the time of launch only.
We expect the starting range would be starting Rs 1Cr onwards.
3. What if we don't get the allotment or we are not interested at the price level at which DLF launches the project? What will happen to the cheques?
DLF does not en cash your cheques till the time you are allotted a unit of your preference. In case your allotment is not done or you are not interested in getting the allotment done your cheque would be returned to you.
4. Application Forms?
DLF would not accept any booking without duly signed application form along with required documentation. We expect to get the application form 2 days prior to the allotment and get the needful done before that.
