I want to take this time to thank you, the thousands of John McCain supporters who joined this effort in the last year. I have NEVER seen a group of harder working people in my life. Your dedication to help elect John McCain was monumental.

We may have lost this battle, but YOU all are the winners! I received a call from a McCain campaign operative and he wanted me to pass on thanks from them.

YOU made thousands of phone calls, knocked on doors, worked the polls, for John McCain. Without your help, John McCain wouldn't have made it as close as he did.

I want to send a special Thank You to SHERIDAN FOLGER, my partner in this. His tireless work on behalf of all of us helped to make this group work. Maybe if John McCain had Sheridan run his campaign, things would have turned out differently?

We will keep the McCain Groups active. I promise you we won't be sending e-mails out; we will keep the group going since many of you have made friends here and we can also hope to all work together again in 2012 to elect a Republican!

My sincere thanks to ALL of you. It's been an honor to work with all of you!
