Dear All,
Please find my response below.

Discipleship & Evangelism; Chapter 5 Growing True Disciples, George Barna

1. How effective have you been as a disciple maker?

I am very much interested in grow in Christ and to be a witness for Him and win many for Jesus, and preparing myself to be a disciple so that I could make disciples. These days I am praying and preparing myself for that.

2. What type of process will facilitate where we are trying to go and what we are trying to achieve?

a. Passion: The true disciple of Jesus Christ is someone who is completely sold out to Christianity. Discipleship is about passion to reach our full potential in Jesus Christ.

b. Maturity in the Fundamentals of Ministry:  Disciples are to dive into a process that will facilitate personal spiritual formation and mold us into the likeness of our ultimate role model, Jesus Christ.

c. A Biblical Overview: If you act like a Christian, you must think like a Christian and for that you must be fully immersed in the knowledge of your faith and the application of its principles in Godly practices.

d. Standards and Accountability that foster spiritual growth: We serve a perfect, holy, omnipotent God who yearns for us to imitate His Son. To settle for anything less than our absolute best is disrespectful and indefensible.

From the above points I understood that, a true disciple will have a passion to reach many, and grow in Christ, should have a clear knowledge in Word of God, and the main thing is that have an accountability to our God, all the glory to our Lord.

Thanks for your support and prayers.

With Prayers
