The Emerging Leaders on-line training is a six months course designed to train, develop, and mentor Young Leaders. Harvey S. Firestone made the following statement, “The Growth and Development of people is the highest calling of LEADERSHIP.”

Leaders are connected in a relational community through a weekly on-line meeting of students with a faculty facilitator for the purpose of continuing spiritual formation and development in ministry practice. Students will participate in a guided process of reading, posting reflections, sharing testimonies and prayer, resourcing one another for ministry development, and practicing mutual accountability for spiritual, moral, family, community, and ministry life.

The course starts the second week of January and is conducted on-line using Google Groups. Registration forms are mailed out to the churches and can also be obtained from the site.
